I have practiced yoga for 12 years and recently completed a 200 hour Teacher Training course in Hatha Yoga with IWA. To experience a clean, clear, healthy and happy life, my motto is “Live as Nature Intended”
I
embrace a holistic lifestyle that includes living and eating according to the seasons. In Ayurveda (the ancient Indian system of healing), there are five elements which form the basis for all material things on the planet; Ether (Space), Air, Fire, Water, Earth – each person is a unique combination of these elements, known as their “constitution”. Ruled by Fire and Water, I am a naturally energetic person who constantly seeks a challenge. Yoga cools me down both physically and emotionally, builds my strength and flexibility, releases toxins and tension, bringing balance to my body and mind. Yoga can work in many ways, depending on a person’s constitution. I will be offering three types of class to bring balance, vitality and clarity to each of the constitutions. **You will be required to complete a questionnaire to determine which class will benefit you the most. I will also be serving a selection of freshly blended Ayurvedic “Yogini Teas”, using herbs grown in my allotment and beautiful aromatic spices.
